        Recently, Raygun significantly increased their base price by a factor of ten without offering anything new. I used to pay $18 per month, but now I am paying $180. As far as I can see, I did not receive any notification or information via email about this change. Even if I had received an email, it would have been reasonable for them to offer an opt-in option before making such a significant increase in price. After reaching out to them, they have refused to give me a chargeback. Overall, while Raygun has an okay product, there are many other better options available in the market. Additionally, I am unable to remove my payment information from their system, so they will continue to charge me. Therefore, I would not recommend trusting Raygun with your payment information. It is best to stay away and look for competing solutions.
