        Been on the line for well over an hour this is absolutely absurd, i have tried getting in contact with two degrees for the last week and a combination of not getting to customer service and an unusable App has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Seriously considering changing to another company.

        5 Stars because all other reviews have zero to do with the this building. The building is tall, straight, and has both floors AND windows. The addition of ceilings was also a good idea. It has both Stairs and a Lift - so choose exercise or convenince.

        I was on hold with customer support for an hour and a half and when they finally picked up the call got cut off a minute in to our conversation. Back to the start of the queue again. Im fuming. Such a huge disruption to my day and my problem still hasnt been resolved!

        Do not go anywhere near these guys if your looking for an ISP. They litterally turn off their phone queues on "busy" days so that people cannot call their support line. But worst of all, YOU CANNOT PORT FORWARD. Port forwarding is blocked by something called CGNAT and they will charge extra to remove this restriction. I recommend Voyager. They are not cagey like Vodafone are. They have no hidden surprise restrictions on connections like 2degrees do. You've had this heads-up. I wouldn't want a 2degrees "Internet connection" if it was free. Stay away.
