Unbelievable service. Everyone is lovely and calming and I am not the easiest patient when it comes to dentistry. They acknowledged my fear and never once made me feel over anxious. Cannot thank and rate Novo Smiles enough. Such a nice environment too.

Everyone I know feels at least a little tense as we arrive at our dentist surgery and indeed many feel unable to continue inside! Novo Smiles have this incredible and welcoming atmosphere with staff that I guarantee will put you at complete ease and this continues on with the Dentist too. professional, warm, friendly and welcoming. Indeed youll soon feel so relaxed and wont believe it when your rising from the chair and saying good bye like youre best buddies. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Novo Smiles for your total and professional dental care.

I have been seeing different hygienists for 20 years or more with my gum disease (every three months) with no significant improvement, despite my doing everything suggested. Novo changed all that! Also, as the hygienists are dentists as well, many of my potential future teeth problems have been rectified. My gums are on the up (so to speak). Before Novo I thought I should just have all my teeth out! I'm impressed with their friendly, non-judgmental and helpful service.

I recently visited Dr. Clark and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I entered the clinic, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Dr. Clark's professionalism and expertise were immediately evident. She took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions, which was very reassuring. During the treatment, Dr. Clark was very gentle and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The clinic was immaculate, and the equipment was state-of-the-art, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.
