Capital Medical Assessments

I am posting this review on behalf of my partner. The lady he dealt with on the phone was rude and had a angry/dismissive tone of voice. It seemed like she was just rushing though the explanation in the fastest way possible. She needs to realise that even though she does this every day the person on the other end does not. My partner left the conversation confused and disappointed with the service received. He did not catch her name either. This to me, shows that staff members need to slow down, take a breath and explain issues in a calm and courteous manner to clients. *I have lodged a complaint formally and would like to speak to management about this.

The best eMedical service I never have before. They are amazing and very professional. The friendly stuff and Doctor. Always reply the email on time and following up the process directly. They try to help you and give you the convenience as much as possible they can. 100 out of 10 satisfied with their service.
