Just an awful experience Placing my online order with L.T. Campbell was quick and easy, with an estimated delivery time to Australia of 35 working days, which played a major role, but that was it. Several days later, having not received a shipping confirmation, I called the business and was told that my order had been forgotten but would be sent soon. After waiting for several more days without getting a shipping confirmation, I called again to enquire about my order; this time, I was told by a seemingly annoyed individual that it had been picked up by a courier. I even got a tracking number after requesting one, although it should have been automatic to send shipping confirmations in the first place. Four weeks later, having not received anything, I contacted the seller via their website's contact form about the missing order but received no response. I tried again after a few days to get in touch with L.T. Campbell, this time by email, but as before, there was no answer. Even after opening a case with PayPal, this business didnt care about anything. More than six weeks later, my order finally arrived. The delayed delivery might not have been entirely the seller's fault; the lack of any kind of communication, support or help on the other hand was appalling enough to discourage me from ever using them again.

I can not say enough good things about LT Campbell and staff. I was referred there as they are a service centre for DaLonghi coffee makers. I had a machine for about 14 months when it failed. I took the machine in and they called two days later to tell me they thought it should be replaced by the manufacturer. I asked what i needed to do, and they said they would handle it. A week later they called to say they had a new machine for me to come and pick up. It was so easy.

Brought my beloved 10+ year old KitchenAid stand mixer in for a service. With a fast turn around within the week, I have it home and it's running as if I bought it yesterday. Great service, communication, pricing and passion for their craft :)

We took a lamp to get repaired he said he was able to do this so we left it. Very professional knew what we wanted.
