        Had quite a few coffees at the Basin Reserve and the odd Pie and Muffin, which was very convenient for us as we were sitting adjacent to your little food outlet. Your staff were great and very friendly. My problem that I had was that you advertise the Special for $2 to buy a Edible Vanilla Eat Coffee Cup to reduce waste, but then you totally ripped me off by charging me $5 for a Large Cappuccino and the quantity of Cappuccino is only about a 1/4 of the volume of a Large Cappuccino that you put into the Edible Cup - you seriously need to look at what you charge your customers and not be rip off artists.

        Staff were nice, venue was appropriately sized and the deck for smoking was big enough for our crowd. Could do with a bigger selection of beers etc but honestly, couldn't grumble.
