        Depressing place with self service ordering machines and miserable staff. Our $10 smoothie cup was drenched with liquid oozing down the sides. Served without a smile.

        Dont use the touch screens to place orders. Mine charged me but never put the order in. Ended up waiting 20 minutes because I thought they were just busy.

        Store is often closed. Open hours are consistently inconsistent. Was able to place and pay for an online order when the store was closed. They have not reached out to refund the order.

        I dont like the new machines as they are not userfrienldy and it takes ages to order in a long line. They regularly dont have several ingredients and the machine does nto comunicate this. How you get a salad and not a wrap is anyones guess...
