High Commission of India

I have sent my application last week and I sent to there given P.O Box 4045, so it has been delivered on the 27th April and is waiting for to be collected by HCI. But i have checking regularly since last week and it is showing the same status since then. So i decided to call and no one answere the phone. (called about 20 times in one day) After waiting for couple of days, I sent them an email today and got a reply back asking for some details and after that I have not had any email back regarding the status of the delivered parcel. These guys need to provide better services to the public or if they can't handle it then they should give it to another organization who can deliver way much better services. Just useless!!

So unresponsive have been trying to email never got any reply back also tried to ring them but the phone number Mentioned on the website never worked. So unethical really frustrating.

I have been calling them since few weeks no one picks up. Never seen a service like this. Its so frustrating.

Waoo , I would give zero star if there any available, as I have applied my daughters passport about 1and half month ago , there is no response where passport is , also the process time is one month so called , but they took a whole month to check paper and after month they said one paper is missing , now there is no guidelines about online document submission, every time I try to call or mail there is no one sense able who can answer in right way . One staff member said reapply for passport, excuse me I spent 4 days and money . Poor service you get from them . Thankyou very much
