        Utterly impossible to contact if you want/need to transact by phone. Average wait time is in excess of 45min. Not sure about anyone else but I cannot wait on a call for this time while I am at work. Needing to pay for a service and the ONLY way to pay for THIS service is off-line. UNBELIEVABLE when other purchase transactions can be done with them ONLINE

        Poor job of fixing our roads. Instead theyre allocating money to reduce speed limits, building rainbow painted cycleways and advertisements on why theyre reducing speed limits. Every state highway in the Waikato was pothole free until this time last year. Now people getting flat tyres and damaged suspension to their cars. Some of these potholes are so big that a toddler could swim in them. One word to sum up W.K, Pathetic

        Waka kotahi is an amazing government agency and so friendly and helpful. If I could, I would pay more tax so that the public sector can become more effective
