Kilbirnie KAINGAORA HNZ need MSD to stop playing middle man, give the funding back to them so they can do a better efficient service without begging for the policy of warmer safer homes. This way funding is allocated to one enterprise, KAINGAORA as a strategic business development it makes the longevity of funding to be kept in one area and not scattered information, giving employment to totem poles who have never been able to bridge making MSD the entity misappriating funds,and not transparent.
