I can not rate this firm highly enough. Small but resourceful, clever, innovative and totally on point. I wanted a website and communicated my vision, and voila - it was beyond my wildest dreams and better than I could have imagined. And so quickly too! Craig and his team are beyond incredible and everything I have seen of theirs has been outstanding. Go Wellington creativity!! You would be hard pressed to duplicate this level of talent for these prices overseas.

Since then, they have been instrumental in helping me develop the brand for my emerging business (Sudbury) which is currently recognized as one of the leading venues in the country. I have loved working with Craig. I have worked with Craig From Graphic Solutions for over a decade. In this time we have worked togeather on designing logos, signage for buildings and cars, uniform branding, labels, business cards, profile and website for my company (Online Communications). Craig's, calm, down to earth, but professional style really suits companies that need a graphic designer with total buy in and involvement in the process. I can highly recommend Graphic Solutions.

Graphic Solutions provided us with appalling service which bordered on outright dishonesty and resulted in us terminating their service agreement and engaging another web developer to complete the project. Graphic Solutions were engaged to build a self managed wordpress website incorporating an ecommerce store for training courses and equipment using woocommerce. What we received after almost 18months of missed deadlines, excuses and broken promises was a faulty, incomplete mess of a site that did almost none of the things we asked for. Graphics Solutions will no doubt finger point and claim delays were down to us failing to provide information and merchant banking accounts however they were given clear instructions to precede with other work whilst awaiting our decisions and input, instead they chose to do nothing and engage in excuse making. Graphic Solutions ignored the design brief and hard coded as much of the site as possible, preventing us from managing the images, heading and text as specified in the design brief they were given. They also hardcoded much of ecommerce store removing much of the woocommerce functionality meaning we could no longer manage our products effectively and efficiently. This deliberate refusal to met the design brief along with their use of child themes was presumably an attempt lock us into their service and force us to pay them for any later changes to the website. We were bitterly disappointed by the lack of creative input which all but ceased once the design concept had been approved.This resulted in sloppy, ill thought out work which was ascetically poor, being presented to us. We were forced to constantly reject work and provide all the decision making and creative ideas to maintain a professional appearance for the site. Graphic Solutions itself is not a website developer and the majority of the coding was being outsourced. This had been discussed prior to commencing the build, however we feel the in house development skills Graphic Solutions posses we're misrepresented and they have very limited website development skills and are little more than graphic designers. It is also our belief that Graphic Solutions blew the budget for the build in the initial design phase when outsourcing the hardcoding of the images and text. We believe they then attempted to meet budget by ceasing to outsource the technical aspects of the build, completing it in house and sacrificing functionality of the website in the process. We would not be surprised if a youtube approach to completing the site was taken such was the resulting quality of work. We've since engaged a developer to complete the site however given the incompetence apparent in the initial build, we've only been able to salvage the most basic functionality and will require a new website to be built if we're to get what was promised by Graphic Solutions. In short I would discourage anyone thinking of using Graphic Solutions for website development. Not only do they lack the skill set to deliver anything but the most basic website but also the integrity to admit it and fix their errors.
