        Could not recommend this community more. I deliberately say community rather than gym as it is so much more than a gym. The vibe, the support, the banter - it all makes showing up so easy! The team are wonderful and work with you to achieve what you want to achieve! Give them a follow on Instagram - if for nothing other than the Friday Funny :) !!

        I've been loving my time at Foundation. Phil and Nathan know their stuff, and are great at fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere in the small group classes. I thrive off the support and respect we all give each other, and haven't looked back since joining.

        Ive been with Phil and Nathan in a small class setting for a couple of years now and have to say its been fantastic for me. The camaraderie of the group keeps you motivated and Nathan and Phil still provide tailored support during the classes. These sessions have conditioned me to continue actively coaching rugby and cricket teams while keeping my mental aptitude sharp as I progress to the gold card membership of old age. It truly is a family feeling.
