        Very disappointed by this whole thing. Booked a trial here, when I showed up in staffed hours specifically nobody anywhere and gym locked so I couldnt enter. Hard to find entrance also. Being called 2x a day for like a week when Im coming. Very annoying

        Gyms in this country are a joke. After a few months overseas, it's disturbing how poorly service compares here in NZ. Jetts is a prime offender. The process to cancel a membership is very deliberately difficult and awkward. This is a clever tactic intended to exploit kiwi politeness and non-confrontation. Membership structures are full of potential fee traps, and have inconvenient time periods. Then the facilities are distinctly meh-to-bad. I cannot give this gym anything more than the worst possible review, in comparison to overseas gym service.
