Probably the worst hairdresser I have ever been to. She just randomly cuts my hair even though I specifically asked for a trim and some layers. The price she charged for such a bad haircut was ridiculous. My recommendation for this place - don't ever go if you plan to come out of it angry and upset.

Her name is Bunti, by the way. She's been cutting my hair since the late 1980's. She made a mistake one time when i wanted a permanent straighten. The solution was left in my hair for too long and my scalp started burning. I went all frizzy a day after I got it done and to my horror when I combed it big chunks of hair fell out. I went back to Bunti immediately and she apologised and gave me about 3 free haircuts after that which I thought she should've done anyway. I still go back to her for the same treatment (Wash, Conditioning treatment, dye and I take my own dye in to keep the cost down, trim, sometimes I take photos in and she'll cut it to that style, and temporary straighten) all taking 2 hours. She puts 100 percent into my hair and I like that about Bunti, everyone tells me how awesome my hair looks and it feels just GREAT too. Its sad that others have had bad experiences with Bunti. I've forgiven her for what she did to my hair but everyone deserves another chance. While writing this I'm about to make an appointment with her $80.00 and I can pay later and im looking forward to getting my hair done, gotta look the part on your birthday ROLL ON 2 AUGUST 2017!!!

I'm not one to normally post things like this because it's someone's livelihood but this is an exception. I made the mistake of popping in and seeing if they had an appt. The lady fit me in at the end of the day which was lovely. I asked for caramel highlights which first turned put to be blonde and to fix that the lady dyed my hair "red" all over and then decided that it was too red so she mixed it in with brown dye. The final result.. burgundy streaks with a red tint all over. I know it's just hair but it was definitely not what I wanted. I called up the next day to ask for my money back because I was so unhappy. This request was met with "well I tried to fix it for you and no you're not getting money back". I even told her at the end of the appt that I'm not happy and she just said it'll fade in 6 weeks... I paid $150 for this whole experience and all I can say is always do your research. An expensive lesson learnt.
