We found it a very unhelpful org. An under-skilled Crown org that just appears to support people with BI . BIA is a best friend to ACC (and exploits volunteers) . Holding meetings where discontent (about the nationwide lack of support or other funding problem) is voiced and then verbally talked down, problems ignored by the bia. Due to the complexity of brain injury staff should all be well trained, knowledgeable helpful professionals.
