        I have been seeing Carmen for some time now and even though we have had hurdles with my health forever changing along the way she has been so great with supporting me through it. I am so grateful I came across her as its so rare to find someone extremely good at there job, passionate and really wanting to help. If one thing doesn't work she always has another option we can try, which always gives me hope. I would high recommend anyone battling auto immune or hormone issues to see her :) Thanks Carmen you are a gem!

        I went to Dr. Barnes for mood and sleep issues related to perimenopause; she was more than willing to prescribe bioidentical hormones which solved my issues and now Im back to feeling great again. I highly recommend her.
