Within an hour of writing the paragraph below, I received a phone call from Kim who was very apologetic and explained why I had not got a response. I will go to the shop when we are able to do so and try on a replacement pair. I am happy with this outcome. I have been sent a pair of slippers that do not match. I have emailed twice, sent a chat message, and tried to phone. Email messages returned as not a viable address and chat message not received. Nil answer on phone. Can someone please contact me from this business as I wish to organise return of slippers. Thanks, Anne Order #2620

Im a huge fan of NZFUR+SKIN! Having been a long time purchaser, I can confidently say their products and service are of the highest standard. From their slippers to their bum cosy range, I own multiple pieces that have become a staple in my winter routine and have already lasted 3+ years. I love the ease of use of the website, the care and attention to detail taken upon ordering and overall the wonderful products. Couldnt recommend this business more highly!
