        Opted for an alternate room because our room still wasn't ready 1hr after 2.00pm check in and room service had no consideration of making our room a priority. Room service not sighted during our occupancy. Walkability: When you understand the Wellington layout you really appreciate to location of Astelia.

        Good overall. Perfect location right in the centre with loads of local places to eat. Apartment was pretty good and well equipped including a washing machine. The main reason not giving 5 stars is that the room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, although everything worked fine. Reception staff were friendly and helpful although only part time but they left our key in a locked box outside as we arrived after hours. Good value for money overall
