        We stayed here over the weekend and had a great time getting around Wellington with it being so central using the bus services. Unfortunately we left one of our bags containing my phone, wallet, car keys and money on one of these buses. Niel at the front desk was very helpful in trying to assist us with phoning the bus service to see how we could go about locating our bag. But then Gary the superstar from the front desk stepped in and with his help I think we would have never managed to get it back! With it being a Sunday we were told by the bus depot that even if it had been handed in we wouldn't be able to get it until the following day/s. Gary stepped up and made sure we had it back within hours. The level of help and service we received from the Novotel staff and Gary in particular was amazing. We are definitely returning here for all of our Wellington trips! 5 stars plus!
