        Beds were terribly lumpy! I'd say their very old with mattress toppers places on top. Little outdated with a fair bit of damage. Maintenance well needed. Staff were great Rooms: Require a major update. Old furnishings with new beds required.

        Rooms: Comfortable. Plenty of seating. Nicely laid out. Safety: Tight evening security and 10pm. quiet time limit. Walkability: Very easy to central Wellington for cafes, restaurants and Michael Fowler centre.
