        Always had great customer service when dealing with Actrix, when enquiring about their plans using the contact us form on their website received a reply within about half an hour, Never had to hold for more than a couple of minutes when calling their 0800 team with the first person I speak to able to solve any problems / answer any queries without having to pass me onto someone else. Called them tonight at quarter to nine and they were still open, answered right away. Highly recommended

        Not happy,had our landline cut off a month before our installation.rang contact several times stating we needed phone as we operate a community service and need resthomes etc to be able to contact us. We were constantly bfobbed off blaming everyone from old provider to service department to sales rep, not good enough and no apology!!! Must say actual fibre installers were great too bad about the penpushers.
