The middle-aged man was extremely rude to us today. We are not locals and didnt know the chicken bowls automatically came with sauces but had to stop the man midway from preparing our food since our son has food allergies and cant have mayonnaise. We still decided to get the first bowl prepared for us anyway but the man was like dumping our food in front of us, rolling his eyes and acting very annoyed. The young lady at the cash registry also kept asking excuse me, is that all? is that all? while I was still having a look at their sushi range and felt rushed so just ended up not getting anything for myself. I get it theyre in a busy district and probably used to the lunch rush hour but they just opened and there were no other customers yet besides us so why the rush? Anyway the staff in this shop need to work on their customer service.

Customer service is quite fast and friendly. They don't make you wait more than 5 minutes. Clean place for quick food. Price is quite fair and I liked the chicken katsu. Its always better for takeaway as there is only few seats with Wellington wind They used to pack sushi for $5 per box when they were close to closing, which is really cheap.
