I recently had my Gran's engagement ring redesigned with Tory & Ko and they did the most exquisite job. I wanted a very simple design which they captured beautifully. I felt heard and respected throughout the whole process and never once did I feel pressured to explore options I didn't feel comfortable with. Had a great experience getting a family heirloom ring resized here. Due to travel plans I had a tight deadline and after a slight confusion over dates, they went above and beyond to make sure I received the ring on time before my departure. Also received good advice on which size to go for (I was advised against trying a bigger size which having worn the ring for several weeks I know would definitely have been too large). Thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from first contact right through to completion. Kirstin and Tory were so warm and welcoming. They responded so positively towards the none traditional diamond alternative I had chosen for my engagement ring. Communication was excellent and were excited to create this ring with me.
