Bought a beautiful string of pearls and had an engage ring custom made here both for a great price. The quality of products, level of service and communication were all excellent. I had a wonderful experience with these guys and highly recommend them!!

I have visited this shop since it opened many years ago. Great friendly service and all repairs etc completed quickly and at a very fair price. Always a pleasure to see the beautiful objects displayed so well. James is also very good at giving a quick evaluation of old pieces of Jewellery with sentimental value. I would not bother going anywhere else for a jewellery purchase.

I wanted to support a small local jeweller so I took some things to get fixed at the Jewel Centre. My mistake. My waterproof watch is no longer waterproof. I also had a bracelet in to be fixed as the jump rings needed to be soldered. Firstly they seemed to have lost the bracelet and then I had to chase them up about whether it was finished. When I went in to pick it up after they had it for weeks it turned out the jeweller had just squeezed the jump rings shut; something that a monkey with a pair of pliers could do. He then got nasty when I expressed disappointment that he hadnt soldered it and claimed that he didnt know that I had wanted that despite the fact that is what I had asked for. Note; he had my phone number and could have confirmed what I had requested. Do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else.

Lovely service, top quality jewellery. Had a bracelet made from scratch here for a very reasonable price and very promptly. Very pleased :)
