I started to look for an employment lawyer as my husband noticed that my manager does not have knowledge of basic contracts law (or claims ignorance of it), and my manager is attempting what my husband calls involuntary servtitude. I went to Rainey Collins to get a second opinion around Estate, being an executor of a will, only had a few questions nothing complicated. I would imagine a good lawyer would answer them in 10-20mins max and I got met with a $500+gst fee. When I raised the question of pricing/reveiw of costs I got a short nice email saying "good luck - goodbye" Small things lead onto other work and a bigger network something Rainey Collins may not care about! My questions were not complex at all just needed some clarification on some points, Nice deflection on your reply. A simple note on your website saying we dont do anything for under $575 as a starting point would sort it out.
