I met with Nicole when it looked like my life took a turn for the worse. She helped me understanding grief, stress, resilience and what is turning you down. I thought I knew about stress, etc. but men was I wrong. It's not good to put your feelings in a box and forget about it. Nicole is a very good listener and able to ask those probing questions which make you think! With Nicole, helping me out; by coaching and mindfulness I finally can say there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for taking me on this journey!

Nicole's aura is one of peace, strength and gentleness. She is a wonderful listener, asking just the right questions to get one to open up to the real issues that are the problem and then she is able to help one to help themselves by her gentle prompting and support. An authentic and truly kind human being - a wonderful mother of four beautiful children and a loving wife to her beloved husband; and I am proud to be her friend.
