Emma-Kate has a holistic and open approach that really helped me with my wellbeing journey. I was always able to take practical actions with me following each session and her empathy and kindness helped me gain a more balanced perspective on what I was struggling with. She also is the most amazing massage therapist, and the ability to combine a coaching session with massage is a dream come true Highly recommend and Ill be continuing to see Emma-Kate as my well-being journey continues

Friendly with the best hands, had a couple of pregnancy and postpartum massages from Emma. Every time I left I had a bounce in my step and was able to walk properly again. Highly recommend

I have been using massage therapy for many years and Emma-Kate is the best massage therapist I have worked with. She is caring, innovative and seems to know instinctively what muscles need work, what to do about them, and when enough is enough for a particular area of the body. I really value her expertise.
