Honestly a fantastic shop. My wife and I were upgrading our previous mattress of 13 years a beautiful mattress from the Japanese store MUJI which was a hard act to follow. We settled on a foam mattress that seemed fine in the store but once we spent a week on it at home we realized we would not be happy on this for the decade to come. Bedpost made it easy for us to exchange it and we went in and chose our new mattress (pocket springs are the way to go) which was delivered a few days later, while the delivery guys extracted the previous one. Plus, our salesman (older gent) was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, encouraging us to try our every mattress we wanted with the pillows of our choice. We even bought two mattresses for our kids too. Naturally if weve chosen well we wont need to go back to Bedpost very often, but when we do need a new mattress Id have no reservations about returning to give them our business.
