I used to go here years ago and loved it. Rejoined after several years of living overseas and now feel like the place is in serious need of an upgrade. The equipment is old and doesnt work very well. The lockers in the changing rooms are rusty and half are broken. The pool area usually smells musty and the shower in there is falling apart. The class selection is limited. A few upgrades would go a long way

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient towel service, and has a great sauna, steam room, and spa to relax in after a good work out or just a long day at work. Never seems to be too crowded so it's easy to get your work out in and use all the facilities. The patrons here are also generally quite friendly and respectful, which contribute to an overall safe and comfortable environment.

Wonderful experience with lead physio Heather who treated my sprained shoulder. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong and how to get better. Would definitely recommend!
