My experience in-store today was outstanding. Anthony was incredibly helpful and was extremally knowledgeable on products. He knew the right questions to ask and the right products to show. His attention to detail, his time, and care taken with me are all hallmarks of quality service. I am pleased to say, that I highly recommend Harford's and hold Anthony in extremally high regards. I am glad to have found service and products that exceeded my expectations by miles. I can't wait to be back!

Great service friendly welcoming and helpful. With lots of men's clothes stores on Lambton Quay this one gave best competive service. Highly recommend. Especially young man on Saturday who served us.

Realising I didnt have a dinner suit ordered for a big ball and 24 hours out from the big event I called Richard. Richard and his team went above and beyond the call of duty for me today. Within 3 hours of calling, and then visiting his shop in Lambton Quay, I had my dinner suit in my hands. Talk about being a life saver! Such a lovely, warm and friendly experience. This is a Customer Service exemplar on how it should be done and how it is done at Hartfords Menswear! Thank you Richard!
