        I wish I could leave 0 stars.... My parcel was passed around for over a fortnight before I managed to redirect it to a collection point where it took another 5 days to be delivered. I paid for their overnight service but I shouldn't have bothered, I feel for businesses using their services and having it impact their customer service. I've used NZPost a number of times and always have had issues and don't even try use their customer support as its near impossible to talk to another person.... ( P.s there wasn't an issue with my address or anything else and they couldn't give me a strait answer why it wasn't left on my doorstep. ) Don't bother wasting your time and money and just use someone else.
