Blair was as one would like every tradie to be - professional, respectful, courteous and thorough. When getting to the bottom of the situation required checking out the manhole in the neighboring reserve...Blair didn't hesitate to navigate through the overgrown, uneven and somewhat hazardous terrain. He endured my questions, kept me well informed with what was happening and left me with good advice to move forward with. Despite the undesirable situation necessitating Blair's visit - the experience itself was quite an education and oddly satisfying. Stormwater drain was blocked and our carpark was flooded. I phoned Plumbquick and was told that somebody would contact me before arriving sometime between noon and 2 pm. I got a call about 12 and Blair was here by 12.15 and the drain was cleared very quickly. Blair was cheerful and happy (even working in heavy rain!) and very professional. After my experience with Plumbquick, I will be very happy to use them for any further work that I need doing. Service: Drain cleaning
