Maher Shoes

Bought a pair of heels last month and the heels keep falling off. The shoes not even on sales and I paid for full price so I dont expect them to be in that bad quality. I had it fixed at the store 2 weeks ago because the heel from the left shoe fell off Then now the other one felled off. I came to the store to tell them about this poor quality. The lady today was not even interested in listening or fixing it. She was like if you wore it a couple if times then maybe you should go to the shoes repair behind our store and paid it yourself. Very poor customer service. Thanks for ruining my day. I am happy to pay for my shoes fix but just know that we expect a better quality and as a sale person, you should learn to take on feedback. Maybe more training needed there. Cheers.

Excellent service. Oliver is great and helped me to decide on the perfect fit. He knew his 'stuff' and was able to tell me about the boots and shoes and how they were made. I will certainly be shopping here again....if I need to buy any more new boots :) boots are so comfortable and great for walking long distances without getting sore feet!
