        Horrible service; the staff (especially the manager) are grumpy, abrupt and rude, in person and over the phone. I will not be going back to this store.

        Very disappointed with this store. After purchasing a pair of men's shoes for $180 and wearing them for 7 months for work, they started to fall apart. All I was offered was a 20% discount off a new pair. They said they were too 'worn'. I have had their shoes fall apart after a few months a couple times before. Staff member even agreed this wasn't great
