Movement Designed Lmt

I had a few appointments, and during 3 of the appointments we had a long time conversation (was a bit weird, thought conversation should be just in the first appointment) where I was clear about "please do not press my "lower back" where I am very defensive and feel pain. After the appointment 6, during a massage -the Physio pressed and hurt me - I was in pain and not sleeping for three weeks. I sent him an email, asking WHAT he had in mind - he did not answered. I was very disappointed. Stopped treatment in this place. I lost trust on him.

Matt has given me the knowledge and the tools to resolve the issues I was having with tension headaches and locked up shoulders. In 6 months I have seen massive progress in my mobility. The classes he and Stephen teach are fun, challenging and ensure good technique - much more stimulating for me than a standard gym workout. Highly recommend if you are prepared to invest in your body.

Stephen and Matt are awesome! Their classes are fun and challenging, and along with physio with Stephen and training with Matt have helped me reach goals and come back from injuries.

Stephen and Matt compliment each other . They spend a great deal of time and effort in assessment before they do anything with you . Coming back from injury can be frustrating but with these two guys you feel you are achieving something while you are under that process.They both have good options for strength maintenance while recovering. Sessions with Matt and their the group classes are so worthwhile as learning the right way to move your body ,helps reduce the risk of more injury. The other thing I like about them is that their work is backed by so much knowledge between them and I know they keep current with their field at all times.
