        Way too much focus on UX and cosmetics, leaving users to have to come up with an increasing number or workarounds, with support responding with answers which can be effectively summarised as "No sorry, bad luck.". By 2023 you would expect incredible functionality and flexibility, regrettably however this is not our experience.

        Xero 2 factor does not work! There is no way to get support as you have any access behind the login. The software is lacking as well.
