I can highly recommend John, he is an excellent physiotherapist. Not only does he have great knowledge of running related injuries and the way to best treat and rehab them, but he explains in simple to understand terms, making it clear on the goals of each exercise and each step of the progression moving forwards.

John is an excellent physio. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. As an athlete, my interest is in being able to continue training, while ensuring Im able to manage/heal any injuries. John has provided me great treatment on multiple occasions and has allowed me to get back to full performance as quickly as possible. I highly recommend John for anyone sports participant/professional looking for a physio.

Really can't recommend John highly enough - his extensive knowledge, excellent treatment plans, and ability to explain what's happening are only part of the picture. John is not only hella smart, he really cares. Would have been lost without him!
