        I highly recommend Summer Xue, the acupuncturist at Tiaki. Working with Summer helped me to get to a place of having lots of energy & vitality. She truly cares about her clients and is very attentive & kind. When I started out working with her, I was a bit scared of the needles but when I saw how effective it was, I stopped caring about that. Acupuncture works!

        Wonderful studio and such attentive instructors! Pilates at Tiaki has completely transformed my body over the last few months- I am stronger than I have been in years and am so much more mindful of how I move (don't even get me started on how much better my posture is!!). Tiaki has transformed my body and mind and I'm so incredibly grateful.
