        Worst customer service experience today! i bought a drink for lunch and a maori girl (looked young) served me and did not say a word to me throughout the whole interaction not even a hello, left me feeling very uncomfortable, i approached her in a very polite way too, really put me off coming back to this place! Absolutely shocking! Date is 24/04/2023 just for a manager who might know who I am talking about

        Poor customer service, I seemed to bother the workers just by wanting to buy some hot food which is some of the worst tasting stuff Ive had in a while and Ive had some bad food over the years. Overpriced and poor quality food, under delivering staff. Classic NZ big chain franchise, only in it to save a cent over a customer. Wont be returning.
