Hendrick was absolutely amazing to deal with when we picked up the 4 Mitsubishi eclipse EV's. I hope this review reaches him. I enjoyed dealing with him for the short time back in late Feb. Thank you!

Avoid this shop at all costs! I have been in 3 times for service, each time the charges were astronomical. One encounter: I went in for an ABS fault and was told the charges to fix were going to be over $3200 ended up going to a different shop and paid just over $700. When they told me it was going to be over $3200 they offered to buy my car from me for a ridiculously low sum. This comes across as extremely predatory behavior as the actual cost of repair was very low, it seems like a scheme to buy cars off customers for cheap. I think this is very bad practice to offer to buy the car unsolicited when hit with a large repair bill. Another encounter: I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back for a WoF, Service, and alignment as well diagnosing some other issues. The total came close to $1000 and they didn't even do the alignment, my steering wheel was at a 35 degree angle driving in a straight line after my visit which was 1000 times worse than when it came in. One of the issues they "diagnosed" needed further diagnosis, getting a diagnosis that you need further diagnosis is absolutely no help to anyone. Additionally I let them know ahead of time my fog light needed replacing yet when I got there they removed them both in order to pass the WoF, why would I want them removed instead of replaced? Utterly baffling. When I rang through to the tyre department about a refund for the alignment he asked why I thought I was entitled to one, I can't conceive how someone could ask this when they made the car worse than when it came in. I was also quoted close to $1200 to replace 2 ball joints, which for anyone who knows about cars will tell you is daylight robbery. Lastly the invoice was barely itemised, it didn't show what money had been spent on labour or some items from the service (I have still yet to receive an itemised invoice). I did get a partial refund in the end but it was a terrible experience overall. In conclusion: The people on customer service are nice and pleasant to deal with but I don't think anyone here is passionate about cars, the only thing they seem to care about is upselling and charging ludicrous prices for simple repairs/parts. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY OR HATE HAVING MONEY! Edit: Over a month later and I still have not received an itemised invoice. Complete scam and terrible service, stay far far away.
