Gareth did a fantastic job helping my partner and I refix our home loan. He was very quick to respond throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop at each stage. He dealt with the bank on our behalf to get us a good deal and very shortly after engaging with him, he presented multiple viable options for refixing. Each of the options were explained in simple terms, with all comparisons, pros and cons plainly laid out which made it easy for us to pick an option.
