        I was down in Welly for a work trip and googled Muay Thai gyms around the CBD. Have trained before and decided to drop in for a class. It was slightly difficult to locate the gym as there arent any signs outside the building (near Warehouse). Kru is very experienced and I like that there was one to one Padwork with him in the Beginners class, during which he corrected some of my technique. The Muay Thai class also had some fun combos and was overall a great workout. The vibe of the gym, including experienced members, was welcoming and encouraging to new people. Would definitely visit again when Im back in the city:)
