Usually love this place and gave it five stars but after the last visit Im disappointed. I come in for lash and brow tinting every 5-6 weeks. The last time I went in, the lady was on her phone (which she placed next to my head so I kept hearing the texts coming in), she was very rough and quick, and got a lot of the dye into my eyes. The result was good, but she showed no care for my comfort or enjoyment. I felt like I had to hide the fact that I was in pain, and she never said sorry. Incredibly disappointing service!

Dirty!! Had lash lift and gel nails. Lash room is three beds crammed into a tiny room. Dirty cover on the pillow with old lashes on it, she said lie down, I had to shake it off myself. Red flags! She frazzled my lashes, means over processed and covered to the tips. Didn't tell me any aftercare at all and said it will last 3 to 4 wks and then I should come back. Gel nails she did them so it looks like a week outgrown already, I asked for oval and got stilletto, too long for my work tasks. They tried to overcharge me for everything and anything. Will never return. Buyer beware!!

My first time getting my nails done in Wellington since moving here 1.8 month ago. I normally just waited till I went home to get my nails done so I was very skeptical needless to say my nails absolutely slaaaaayed and Candy did an AMAZING JOB.
