        EDIT - Feb. 2022: After almost two years, Skills Active has only now sent through my certificate. Freakin' useless company. I would give 0 stars if possible. Sept. 2020: I completed a course and submitted all documents for assesment months ago. I chased after my assessor for months and months, however she stopped replying. I contacted the next person up, the regional advisor for my area regarding the issue but after a couple more months of correspondence with him he's not gotten back to me and the issue is still unresolved. It's been 8 months since I completed the course! This has been a terrible experience with Skills Active, and I would not recommend their programs to anyone. Only after making this complaint did anyone get back to me and actioned the work I did.
