Initially was great but huge turnover of staff. Expensive for what you get but good location. Couldnt get a consistent temperature in our office.

Mode Technology will not be returning to Regus, 171 Featherston Street in Wellington. Due to the horrible experience for me and our business over the last 3-months, we were trying to set up a new office in Wellington from Sydney in the middle of Covid-19. We have had nothing but issues with there staff in Wellington and there sales team in Asia. We were miss lead into signing up for our current package and the solution provided to our team was terrible at best, there was no clear escalation process, and we wasted a lot of time during the process. Key issues are? Miss leading customers to sign up, confrontational staff, required to pay two months in advance for services, we have premium calls package as part of our solution, and there have been issues with there staff not answering calls.It seems that customer experience is not important to the team at Regus. We were provided with an opportunity to leave by the Regus staff. Initially, this was not possible due to the website, business cards, marketing having the Regus address. The cost would have been too high to change at that time. Stay well clear of this shared office solution in Wellington, if you do wish to try Regus, make sure that you can try before you sign the contract and have everything agreed upon in writing.
