Primeparking

I acknowledge I was given a parking ticket but only because their system online is faulty and allows no one to make a payment and resulted in my car being towed. Mind you, their terms and conditions, proudly displayed in the carpark had no mention of this whatsoever. I called and was greeted by a rude man named Micky who provided no help, pretended like the phone line cut out, claimed he was the manager and hung up. I proceeded to email their generic email for assistance and was emailed back by Matt Spence who provided no insight to the situation whatsoever and refused to listen. Absolutely appalling. I will be taking this further.

Our 'secure' car park area has had broken doors for over a month and often has people loitering in it. No offer of refund, no ETA of a fix, and passive aggressive communications with staff.

they rip you for extra hours parking as they take it from the time you enter not the time you pay from, 1hr and 3mins will cost $12.50, but it can take over 5 mins from parking to paying so if you think your going to be hour it will probably cost more than $8.50

STOUT ST: DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOUR CAR IS BIGGER THAN A SWIFT OR SIMILAR. Impossible to get out of without curbing your wheels. $300 worth of damage to fix mag wheels. This should be clearly stated on arrival. Not good enough. I give it zero stars!!!!
