        Confusing pay and display inviting use of debit cards, but refusing to accept payment even when the account balance is many times higher than the piddly amount required to pay for a parking place. Fortunately I ended up moving on and found a place where I could park for free for an hour that was so much closer to where I actually needed to be.....
