        I have had to use the iPayroll web site twice now to get access to my payslips each time I have had to change my password on the site as the web site wont let me in using the password that worked last time that I saved for that site then to make matters worse the web site says your password must contain 2 characters eg lower case or upper case or numbers or symbols i used 3 characters but this was rejected by the the web site and wouldnt let me in to my payslips till i used 4 characters I let ipayroll know about this problem last time over a year ago looks like they dont like to improve things for the end user

        Pip was great to deal with and we should have done this long ago. Worth talking about all the benefits and saved considerable rework when trying to organise staff payments and even logging annual leave!!!

        Wow, we were refered to iPayroll by our accountant and what a great experience! I dealt with Pip and Leanne who got us up and running on the payroll system in under 48 hours!! Leanne helped me with the setup and showed me how to enter a pay round all within 30mins!! I dealt with iPayroll when we first implemented it into a govt agency 7+ years agao it has come a long way, so easy to use and great value add for us being a small business :) thanks ladies you rock!
