Chose this place initially because of its Google review. I'm happy to say their review is justified - this a super friendly and professional team who have a lot of expert advice. Went here as I'd experienced neck/upper back pain that would often result in me being bedridden/getting migraines, which I'm happy to say has almost entirely alleviated after regular sessions. Can't recommend Ros and the team enough :)

I have been seeing Henisha since the beginning of the year after I hurt my back. She has been amazing coming up with a treatment plan and now I'm at the point of just going for maintenance. I have seen a different in my posture and areas which I used to regularly get pain are now only occasionally and ease quickly.
