        Fantastic and friendly. Jean took good care of us and our piece of art in their workshop side, she did a brief check on what we wanted the new frame to be without fuss. I highly recommend them!

        I recently had a very large silk scarf framed here, and the result is amazing. A tricky job, involving hand sewing the scarf to the backing, could not have been done more professionally. And the customer service was second to none - they even picked up the scarf and then delivered the finished piece to me. A tiny problem (which was really my fault) was fixed without stress. Thank you very much Walrus!
